Yesterday I had my worst migrane since moving to Ottawa. In fact, it may have been the only time I’ve hurled due to a migrane since moving here. I was thinking that maybe I was getting over them as for the past little while, they weren’t so bad that I couldn’t get some sleep. They also weren’t lasting much longer than three hours. Yesterday’s lasted for almost six hours and ended in a good puke. New symptoms included pins and needles in my hands and a numb tongue. Jenn thinks it was all triggered by a grapefruit—I think it might have been something from lunch at Cora’s on Saturday: stawberry jam or something in the sausage or ham.
